my stay at this hotel exceeded my expectations, especially compared to my last trip to phoenix. the spacious room featured a comfortable bed and was well-equipped, which made for a pleasant long stay. the friendly staff and decent breakfast options made my mornings enjoyable.

The king bed was extremely comfortable, and the fact that we had a pull-out sofa for the kids was a lifesaver. Also, the hot breakfast in the morning was a nice touch, pancakes and all, gave a boost for the family outings.

Customer service fell far below expectations. I encountered an overcharge issue, and despite my attempts to resolve it through the front desk, I received no assistance. I had to reach out to the rewards customer service for help. The front desk manager didn’t seem to take any responsibility, leaving me very disappointed.
